Shipping Options:
- Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE delivery on all prepaid orders across India. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for orders up to ₹4999. For orders exceeding this amount, we request you to choose a prepaid payment method to ensure a secure and smooth transaction.
Order Processing Time:
- Handicrafts: Your order will be dispatched to our delivery partner within 24 to 48 hours expect Sunday.
- Furniture:
- Ready-made Items: Shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Made-to-Order Items: May take 7-10 working days for crafting, followed by 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Delivery:
- Most serviceable pin codes: 7 days
- Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, remote locations, Courier issue,s etc.): Up to 14 business days
- Furniture (Large Items): Delivery timelines may vary depending on the size and destination of the furniture. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
- You can track your package’s journey using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email/SMS.
Delivery Acceptance:
- Please inspect the package upon delivery.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery.
- For your protection: We recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. If any items are missing or damaged, please share the video with us immediately for swift resolution.
