We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Initiation:

  • You can easily initiate return, exchange, or refund requests by logging into your account on our website.
  • This convenient process allows you to manage your order history and request any necessary actions.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Window

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a Return, Exchange, or refund request.
  • Large furniture items are not eligible for return due to logistical constraints.

Eligibility for Return, Exchange, & Refund:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds for the following reasons:
    • Damaged Product
    • Incorrect Size
    • Wrong Product
    • Not as Described (Quality issue). More details below:-
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order.

At Trendy Order, all our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and the unique character of natural wood, slight variations in shape, grain patterns, surface texture, or minor wood fibers may occur. These are not defects but are signs of authenticity and uniqueness.

Please note:

  • No two handcrafted pieces are exactly the same.
  • Minor variations in dimensions, design details, or finishing are natural and expected.
  • Small wood fibers or natural grain textures visible on the surface are part of the handcrafted process.

These characteristics are not considered defects and, therefore not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds under the Not as Described reason. Major damage, and crack, or something serious will be considered for this reason.

Shipping Charges for COD Orders & Prepaid Orders:

  • Free Shipping on First Return/Exchange: We offer free shipping on your first return or exchange if the reason for return is a valid reason as mentioned above.
  • Subsequent Returns/Exchanges or Invalid Reasons: A shipping fee will be deducted, depending on the weight of the product, if:
    • The reason for the return is not listed as valid
    • You are requesting a second or subsequent return/exchange for the same order

Return Without Reason (Case-to-Case Basis) Shipback by Customer

If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, please note the following:

  • Such returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • You must first contact and confirm with us before shipping the product back.
  • If approved, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
  • A full refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • No deductions will be made from your refund amount.

Exchange Process for Items Below ₹999 (Case-to-Case Basis)

  • For items priced below ₹999, we streamline the exchange process by sending you a new piece without requiring you to return the old item. You are welcome to keep or dispose of the old item as you see fit. It is valid only when we have high return charges, so we offer old products to customers without taking them back.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable for damaged, misrepresented, and exchanged products that are out of stock.
  • Once your returned item is picked up by a courier partner and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
  • Shipping & payment gateway fees (2%) can be deducted as per the shipping policy for COD & prepaid orders mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Log into your account or contact us via call/WhatsApp at +91-7409847114 to initiate cancellation.
  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 1-2 business days to your original payment method, subject to the 2% gateway fee deduction.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, you can refuse delivery upon arrival, but in the future, you may not be able to get the COD option. A Shipping Cost will be deducted from the Refund Amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
  • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
