We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Initiation:

  • You can easily initiate return, exchange, or refund requests by logging into your account on our website.
  • This convenient process allows you to manage your order history and request any necessary actions.

Return, Exchange and Refund Window

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a Return, Exchange or refund request.
  • Large furniture items are not eligible for return due to logistical constraints.

Eligibility for Return, Exchange, & Refund:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We accept returns, exchanges, refunds for the following reasons:
    • Damaged Product
    • Incorrect Size
    • Wrong Product
    • Not as Described
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order.

Shipping Charges for COD Orders & Prepaid Orders:

  • Free Shipping on First Return/Exchange: We offer free shipping on your first return or exchange if the reason for return is a valid reason as mentioned above.
  • Subsequent Returns/Exchanges or Invalid Reasons: A shipping fee of ₹49 to ₹249 will apply for COD and for prepaid ₹29 to ₹179, depending on the weight of the product, if:
    • The reason for the return is not listed as valid
    • You are requesting a second or subsequent return/exchange for the same order

Return Process for Items Below ₹999:

  • For items priced below ₹999, we streamline the exchange process by sending you a new piece without requiring you to return the old item. You are welcome to keep or dispose of the old item as you see fit. It is valid only when we have high returns charges so we offer old products to customers without taking them back.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable for damaged, misrepresented, and exchanged products that are out of stock.
  • Once your returned item is picked up by a courier partner and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
  • Shipping & payment gateway fees (2%) can be deducted as per the shipping policy for COD & prepaid orders.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Log into your account or contact us via call/WhatsApp at +91-7409847114 to initiate cancellation.
  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 1-2 business days to your original payment method, subject to the 2% gateway fee deduction.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, you can refuse delivery upon arrival but in the future, you may not be able to get the COD option.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
  • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
