When you place an order for our made-to-order furniture, our manufacturing process officially commences within 5 days after order confirmation. During this initial phase, our team meticulously prepares to transform your custom furniture design into a high-quality, personalized product.

Manufacturing Timeline

  • Production Initiation: Within 5 days of order confirmation
  • Total Manufacturing Period: 5 to 20 working days
  • Exclusions: Public holidays and Sundays
  • Delivery Timeline: Will be specifically informed to you after order confirmation

  • Our team will communicate the exact expected delivery date to you via WhatsApp after order confirmation

Payment and Financial Terms

Payment Flexibility

Understanding the investment involved in custom furniture, we offer a flexible payment structure. For large furniture and high-ticket items, we provide a partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Customers can pay 40% of the total amount in advance, with the remaining 60% payable upon delivery. This approach provides financial comfort and reduces upfront monetary commitment.

Cancellation Policy

We have a structured cancellation policy to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship:

  • Initial 24-Hour Window: Customers can cancel their order without any penalties within the first 24 hours.
  • Post 24-Hour Cancellation:
    • Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to specific conditions
    • If we cannot source materials for your specific product, we offer a complete refund without deductions
    • In other scenarios, cancellation may incur:
      • 2.5% payment gateway fees
      • 20% to 40% of the order value (applicable only in exceptional circumstances)

Delivery and Logistics

We collaborate with premier courier services including Blue Dart, DTDC, and our dedicated delivery partners. For locations near our distribution centers or for high-value orders, we may utilize our own transportation services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Expectations

We require customer participation to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Customers must be available at the delivery address
  • A video recording of the delivery is mandatory to document the product’s condition
  • In case of transportation damages, we offer compensation or product replacement

Delivery Challenges

If a customer is unavailable during the initial delivery:

  • We will attempt redelivery on the next business day
  • If repeated attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse
  • The customer will be responsible for:
    • Forward transportation costs
    • Return to origin (RTO) charges
    • Reshipment expenses
